Brokerage Mandatory Requirements to Health and Safety – Important Changes Under Bill 168
Bill 168, an Act to amend the Occupational Health and Safety Act with respect to harassment and violence in the workplace will have a significant impact on most employers, including Brokerages across Ontario. 

The IBAO as been communicating with Brokerages over the past few months, providing resources and tools to ensure that Member Offices are prepared to meet these obligations.
