(Toronto, Ontario) Last night, the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO) acknowledged top performing brokers and brokerages throughout the province at their annual Awards of Excellence Gala. The event was held on the opening night of the association’s 98th Annual Convention in Niagara Falls.
“There’s so much talent and passion in the broker channel. This year’s finalists were especially impressive this year,” said IBAO President Brian Purcell. “It’s important we take time to recognize top achievers across this channel.”
Congratulations to the 2018 IBAO Awards of Excellence winners:
Affiliate of the Year — Insurance Brokers Association of Hamilton (IBAH)
Led by Affiliate President Ashley Manti, the IBAH is a robust and active Affiliate with a strong social media presence. Their considerable charity work includes adopting a room at the Ronald McDonald House by donating a total of $25,000. Their political advocacy work includes informing municipal candidates on the role of IBAH and IBAO. With a consistent presence on all fronts, IBAH is an integral part of the Hamilton insurance community.
