This course will develop probing skills into a personal lines customer’s risk exposure to extract context and background information needed for any recommendation of what Accident Benefits will protect them best. Through psychological principles, an established sales cycle framework, learners will know how to use plain language examples that demonstrate the importance of Optional Accident Benefits per customer.
The course will also explain the importance of providing documented summaries and quotes to the customer, including broker recommendations, for customers to make an informed decision about their new or renewing Auto Policy.
