The IBAO has created a program that consolidates the collective knowledge of experienced Commercial Lines brokers in Ontario. It pairs foundational learning with an authentic, modern context. It was developed alongside a group of broker experts, transitioning their accurate and practical knowledge to the next generation of Commercial insurance brokers.

Learners are asked to engage with common scenarios with Commercial clients and underwriters. In addition to understanding the fundamentals, learners are asked to read and interact with real-life, contemporary examples.
