To provide students with a more immersive experience, our Mentorship Program is transitioning to onsite brokerage experiences. By stepping into active professional environments, students will gain firsthand exposure to real-world operations, the insurance community and career pathways in Ontario's broker channel.

To provide students with a day-in-the-life look at a brokerage, helping them visualize their future career and build local connections.
IBAO member brokerages located near colleges with Insurance Management programs including Fanshawe (London), Seneca (Toronto), Humber (Toronto) and Conestoga (Kitchener-Waterloo).
Hosting a group of students for a half-day or full-day visit in March 2026.
