Judging Criteria
Impact & Results – Measurable outcomes and achievements supported by documentation, concrete examples and metrics, demonstrating meaningful impact on clients, brokerage, or the industry.

Innovation & Modernization – Creative or forward-thinking approaches, technology adoption, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Community & Industry Contribution – Active involvement in the broader broker community, industry advocacy, or initiatives that advance the profession beyond the brokerage.

All scored categories, with the exception of the Presidential Award, follow the consistent evaluation model.

Presidential Award Criteria
Recipients are selected solely at the discretion of the IBAO President. Eligible individuals must be current or retired RIBO licensees in good standing who work, or have worked, for an IBAO Member brokerage. Selection is based on three criteria: meaningful impact on the strength and trajectory of Ontario’s broker channel; exceptional leadership, mentorship, and advocacy for the profession; and innovative thinking or collaboration that advances and unifies the Ontario broker channel.
