We Rebuilt Our Website. It Was Time.

After nearly a decade with our old site, we’ve officially launched something new. This beauty is more than a design refresh, it’s a functional makeover that puts everything within reach. Whether you’re registering for Broker Launchpad or exploring the latest SABS updates, we’ve cleared the clutter to create direct access.
The old site had a great run! Built with purpose and pride, it was a reliable partner that served us well. But as member needs grew and tech advanced, navigation got clunky, updates got cluttered and the experience didn’t match where we are today.
Because Where’s that form again? isn’t a good user experience
In the past five years, IBAO membership has grown by 15%. So have our services—we offer more courses, events and resources. The old site wasn’t built to handle that scale. So we started fresh, looked at the data, mapped out real user paths and redesigned based on how people actually use the site.
Because your experience is everything
The new website is built around a guided experience from start to finish. Here’s what we’re loving:
Search That Works
Type what you’re looking for. Done.
A Guided Journey Bar
Helping you move through processes like licensing or CE registration without getting lost.
Clear User Paths
Whether you're becoming a broker or looking for broker resources, everything is where it should be.
A Streamlined Experience
From accreditation letters to professional development, it’s simpler now.
A Mobile-First Product
Works on all your devices without zooming or swearing.
Because your time is better spent advising clients
Rebuilding meant untangling years of content, workflows and legacy structure. Making it work beautifully on mobile (we checked, a lot). And building a platform that will grow and adapt alongside technology, alongside our industry.
This website reflects a member-focused organization that values your time and experience. It’s an upgrade that positions us for what’s ahead, and a better way to work together. We can’t wait.
