Whether you’re on the younger side of the broker channel or you’re a newer addition to it, we’re looking for aspiring, talented insurance brokers to join our YBC Council. Working with the next generation of brokers, our Young Brokers Council is building community and engagement—their collective impact far exceeds the time put in. Opportunity
Team Leader located in Southwestern Ontario (Central Erie, London, Middlesex, Oxford, St Thomas, Grey Bruce, Perth Huron, Chatham, Windsor)
Application Process
Interested applicants should email Brett Boadway with the following by June 20, 2025.
A letter of expressed interest in the Team Leader position
A letter of reference from your Principal Broker acknowledging the financial commitment of your attendance at YBCcon
Letters of reference from 4 brokers in your territory (from separate brokerages) that indicate your ability to build relationships locally
